Please Jump for Wookey Playgroup charity number 1020799, as we are trying to raise £10,000 for essential building repairs to our Outstanding Ofsted rated Playgroup.

We are inviting you to become guardians of Wookey Playgroup and share this extraordinary experience of jumping with us to raise money. We would be extremely grateful and honoured if you would make the giant leap with us to help us achieve our goal!!

About Us

Wookey Playgroup is a registered charity (1020799) and is run by a dedicated committee of parents who work hard to ensure its smooth running and fundraise to ensure its survival.

We care for children between the ages of two and four and provide a valuable introduction to formal education, learning to socialise and form friendships that serve them in good stead throughout life.
Wookey Playgroup has been honoured by being awarded an Outstanding Ofsted rating, which is testament to the wonderful care and superb introduction to school that is provided to its children.

Wookey Playgroup has successfully served the community of Wookey and the surrounding areas for generations...Now we have a problem; We need to make essential repairs to our building as it is run down and needs to be repaired.

We Need Your Help to raise the money in order that Wookey Playgroup can continue its good work for generations to come.

Two Brave guardians of Wookey Playgroup have promised to JUMP out of an aeroplane from 15,000ft in the air for your entertainment and to try and achieve our mission:
Wookey Playgroup needs to raise £10,000 in order to pay for repairs to our building so that it can continue to support its children and their families for the future.
We hope and would be most grateful if you would be able to spare a little money to donate towards this worthy cause, or jump with us and know that your money is going towards a lifeline for many families and a great start for our children.

In order to raise money for Wookey Playgroup you can choose one of these payment schemes.

Jump for Free

  1. The minimum amount Wookey Playgroup requires you to raise, in order to pay for your skydive using a portion of your sponsorship is £395.00.
  2. £50 non-refundable deposit required when you book your jump.
  3. A minimum of £145 goes to Wookey Playgroup.
  4. Wookey Playgroup does not allow you to raise £200 jump balance online. On the day you need to bring in the £200 jump balance (by cash or card) taken from offline sponsor money.
  5. If you are raising all sponsorship offline, you are required to bring on the day a personal cheque made payable to Wookey Playgroup for a minimum of £145; £200 jump balance (by cash or card taken from sponsor money) and the sponsorship forms.
  6. If you are raising sponsorship using a combination of online and offline we suggest you raise a minimum of £145 online and the outstanding jump balance of £200 offline (on the day you need to bring in the £200 jump balance by cash or card).
  7. You cannot include Gift Aid as part of the minimum amount you need to raise.
  8. Wookey Playgroup does not allow you to raise sponsorship on Skydive Buzz Ltd in-house online sponsorship facility Raise 'n' Jump.

Self Fund

  1. You can choose any of our different priced jumps, including promotional offers. This must be paid out of your own money. No sponsorship money can be used to pay for this jump.
  2. All sponsorship money you raise will go to the charity (there is no minimum required with this scheme). You send this directly to Wookey Playgroup.
  3. £50 non-refundable deposit required when you book a 15,000ft skydive. Other packages and promotional offers require payment in full.
  4. The outstanding balance is payable to Skydive Buzz Ltd on the day of jump (by cash or card) if applicable.
  5. Wookey Playgroup does not allow you to raise sponsorship on Skydive Buzz Ltd in-house online sponsorship facility Raise 'n' Jump.
